Just got off the phone with ccbill, do you think this is right?
I just signed up as a new affiliate with a site, and merged it under my ccbill account the other day. Everything in the admin area shows zero, even the clicks. I called CCbill to see what the problem is, and they said that the clicks won't show up each month without a transaction being made. How the hell am I supposed to know if I've sent them a buttload of traffic with no conversions unless I can see the statistics? I'm pulling the links now. EDIT: Anyone know which sponsor can provide a POTD or POTH that will actually *be* on the site without the surfer needing to go to another page to see it? |

				 | I just had the same problem. But it was an authentication error or something like that. What they told you is total bullshit. Took a day or so but they finally fixed it. |

				 | now the question should be: Why would ccbill let someone who has no clue about what they are talking about, answer questions on the phone to webmasters? |

				 | Not everyone working tech support has a brain, I've heard some really ridiculous shit from Dell tech support, doesnt mean their product is crap, just that they need to hire better people. |

				 | Bullshit, I've been fighting the same issue for fucking WEEKS and every time I talk to the techs it's something else. Almost every single time, my clicks and sales show up 30 minutes to an hour after I am done talking to them. In fact, I'm about to phone them again and scream some more, and I am ABSOLUTELY NOT HAPPY with the fact that I am having to hound them every few days for my stats to show up. Making a new account helped, for a while, but I refuse to give up the clicks/sales I'm losing off of archives too. This problem is obviously not just me, because everyone seems to be having the same one. They need to get their shit fixed, and NOW. |

Rumours are Ibill is dropping adult, every other thread i see hints and jokes and people selling their stocks cause they are a sinking ship. Epoch plays fast and loose like a 2 dolla hooker with crossells and has their own set of problems and history. CCBILL is a company that many have come to trust because of their professionalism and support and they dont seem to be sinking as fast as any of the others, so why the fuck is everything upside down over there? this game is becoming pathetic | |

				 | iBill isn't dumping Adult it's one of the specific reasons that they're being spun off to a new company. The problem has been that the publically traded company that purchased them has been hurt by the Adult transactions. Read the AVN Article: http://avn.com/index.php?Primary_Nav...ntent_ID=74205 |

				 | same deal with me here... they do show clicks when transactions are made but not when my balance is 0, so yeah thats very annoying.. easier to shave too imo, but i dont beleive they built that option in recently.. but if they could have changed the clicks/transaction feature previously then who knows.. but im not accusing.. i've been having a lot of problems with ccbill lately too.. recently moved and lost quite a few checks because of it.

				 | lloyd_ccbill.... you may want to pass along the fact that as soon as ccbill stopped putting clients through their reps, and started putting them through know-nothing (or know-very-little) "client service reps" --- ccbill became more like iBill than any of us would want to think.....reps made sure that problems were resolved, because it was *their* money at stake. "client services" people basically want to collect their $7 per hour and go home. |
