I know a someone that runs a site and they have over 500,000 double opt-in registrations of PORN SURFERS.
They have never once mailed them a newsletter or sponsor ad. is that crazy or what?

They aren't for sale and I'm not trying to sale cheap sigs
 My point is I just think they are missing out on a lot of revenue. Yes they are really 100% confirmed double opt-in. If I could get my hands on em I would.. lol

Now that a single, unsubstantiated complaint can get you fines and worse, I can't imagine anyone who isn't set up for large-scale mailings doing any kind of email marketing. Or perhaps it would be more honest to say, I can't imagine myself doing it. I do want to work with opt-in lists, but how the hell do you protect yourself from stupid claims? Or should that be another thread?
