Ive been sitting back watching... Watching... Watching....

Testing.. Testing and Testing.. To many extents been pushing buttons and just watching.

For about two months now the person in the lead to Replace the Existing VP Of the BP4L SNOW is almost complete..

I think tomorrow I will annouce who he or she is, and on the first day of the Job give them not only the recoginiton they desirve but give them thier biggest challenge ever on a public spotlight..

To get back through negiotion, or any means possible the BP4L domain..

Announcement tomorrow.

This person has proven to me now he or she has what it takes..

Lets hope he can keep the job for longer than a week.

The task at hand is a big one.

But so is the title and its responsibilty.
