Question about the cinnafunk tea - GoFuckYourself.com

I can only get about half the cup down without feeling a serious desire to yark all over the place. Is there another way to do this? Can I get my daily cinnamon quota in without having to try to strangle down globs of cinnamon in my tea?

It says you can make the tea iced tea, so i follow that recipe and then when it's nice and cold i put the cinnamon in after i pour the cup and don't even stir, i just drink that shit as fast as i can.

Seriously, can't I just make some cinnamon tea and drink that instead? That can be done, you know. Or maybe make some cinnamon something with each meal, no sugars and no white flour??

You can hon, but it won't work... you need the green tea + cinnamon + lemon juice mix and their effect as a combo.

But you can make cinnamon + green tea and add the honey 3 min. later right before drinking it.

oh, btw...about 15 minutes after drinking this tea, i have a strong strong urge to throw up, but it goes away in like 5 minutes...fucking wonderful...

Hmm.. I don't know, I made that tea for myself tonight also and liked it and had another cup of it.
How about putting it into a shaker first? Japanese people drink lots of green tea but they don't let the water boil btw and give it 5 min. I am drinking it at least 5 times a day, too but put cinnamon into it only tonite.

Dunno. Normally, I love green tea with honey in it, although I forgot the damn lemon juice last night, I was down 2 pounds this morning. No other dietary changes, no exercise...2 pounds?! Surely this is a fluke. It's got to be. No way half a cup od cinnmon sludge did THAT.
