this is so insane. these people get arrested right and left in russia and it continues. if you are going to do shit like this... best to do it in a place where formalities like search warrants and arrest warrants and judicial processes are used... not in a place where someone can just pay the police to come shoot them in the face in self defense.

These are huge operations involved in stealing tens of millions of dollars a month. There are hundreds of people involved, the cops wouldnt stand a chance in some of the countries these people work out of.
