                              Read the real AVN online details, there is NO proof that she is underage in any way, simply that she is not using a state issued id.


                              Perhaps running from the law, a abusive relationship or what have you.

                              Untill shes found to be underage or have made films underage, dont say shes underage.

                                                              how DOES one pretect themselves from a model just out and out LYING and DECIEVING everyone about her age? I mean, lets say she fakes her ID's, fakes everything Traci Lords style.. you do all the 2257 stuff, etc but how are you ever going to know if a girl is 17 rather than 18 if she's got really good fake IDs?

                                                              and what are the consequences for falling victim to a model falisfying their ID/age? Lets say you had two forms of ID, which you had no way of knowing were fake, had a signed contract stating her age, etc and you release the material.. then 6 months later you find out she was lying to everyone.. can you be brought up on distribution of child porn? That doesnt seem fair, since you were completely duped..

                                                              If thats the case, then absolutely everyone in the entire business is wide open- since material goes from production to distribution in days not months in the internet age..

                                                                      They did not knowingly use a minor, they did what they were expected to do by law, they asked for ids they got them. They were fake, but just as a 20 year old can have a fake id showing hes 21, the distributor is not at fault.

                                                                          I haven't heard of anything like that happening lately. I think they just have distributors pull the product. If anything the FBI should go after the girls with false I.D.'s since they commit the biggest damage for the work that went into the product not to mention falsefying information.

Another nice man from the FBI was then paid to watch my movies, look at my nude photos and who knows what else for five years to find out exactly what I may have done wrong? A trial took place. I was facing six years in prison for 'willfully subscribing to file a false tax return' in the amount of $2,078.00. I lost, not only the case, but my home as well, and four and a half months of my life that were spent in prison."

                                                                                  Lynn says she spent almost $400,000 to defend herself from charges arising from Traci's under-age status. "I spent 17 days in federal prison, 30 days in drug rehab, and three months in a halfway house all directly related to the Traci Lords case."

                                                                                                      it's called call the local dmv where the ID is issued and do a check.... thats what I do if I think they look odd... plus I got one of those 7-11 books with all the fakes in it .....
