C Programmers - I Have a quick question

Alright, I've done, C programming, just never for the web! I have a question about getting a varible into the c script! How can I get the HTTP_REFERER varible in a c script?

Depending on what you are coding I would say make it into an apache module, then use the Apache API and you will have access to that and plenty more. Plus you wont have to worry about memory management or memory leaks. Hit me up on icq at 36837470 if you need some other help.

Coding apache modules is fun

// declare the string as a pointer, not to cause a memory leak
str * ref;

ref = get_env("HTTP_REFERER");

Cool,

Thanks Lane, I figured you would reply! First time I've ever made a C program for the web, so it's a tad different, but not much! Just didn't know how to get the damn env varibles!

Thanks again!
