I had nothing to do with CJOverkill other than supporting Icefire, who was my partner on another project at the time. Again...didn't scam anyone. Didn't steal anything.

Everyone who has ordered from knew me what they were getting in advance, accepted the product and then paid.

Not once have I heard from anyone's lawyers. I haven't seen a sincle C&D. People continue to send work my way...so I'm not changing the way I do things, regardless of what you think. I see things my way and you see things your way...doesn't mean that they both can't be right.

For the gallery templates, designer after designer came forward. All of them confirmed that there was hard evidence that you copied the work of others. No, I caught him first. He icq'd me and had a whole conversation with me pretending to be boneprone. This was back when I first started posting and didn't know who anyone was. Everyone that felt the need to chime in was doing so with no knowledge of the facts. Just what they garnered from the mud slinging here.

I have said from the get go that I mimiced his style. As far as I am aware, there is no law there against that. I never took or used images from Fletch. Everything I did was from scratch. As a designer, you should know that that is the be all and end all. I have the original files for everything I've done and have offered on more than one occasion to post them up.

As for the programming. 1 million more programmers can come forward. I had nothing to do with the coding of CJOverkill. I know a little bit of php, but hardly enough to write a trading script.

We've been over this before, but I don't mind repeating myself.

3. He emails me asking if I would like to see the work he was sold. since he recognizes the templates as MY WORK.

4. I look at the work and point him to the templates in my portfolio, that Candyflip (Jason berardi) has stolen and RESOLD.

5. he is upset because he has been sold work that was not even original, so he started a thread about it.
