Its an awful time to be an Arab American

Arab Americans must really have a tough time right now. Just came back from the supermarket and there was an Arab women in line with the scarf on her head and all. You could just see the other people in line were staring her down with such hate in their eyes, discust and despise.

One couple even started saying negative things about her appearance and loud enough where I'm sure the woman heard what they were saying.

Sad there's so much prejudice still in this country.

Yes it is a shame.I don't understand some American people basing judgements on what a persons nationality is.There is a lot of good people out there and judging someone based on it just shows your ignorance.

I don't have any problems with Arab Americans, or Arab Canadians .. if they want to come to our western society, and at least take a stab at fitting in .. All the power to them. This is supposed to be the land of the free. It's a shame American Citizens treat other American citizens badly.

Case in point: the other day, my clueless 19 y.o. stepson saw an attractive Arab chick in a the grocery store. He approached her and tried talking to her. She of course ignored him and acted all quiet and shy and shit... well, her mother happened to overhear some of it, came over and started bitching at him...

It is this sort of person, be they Arab, Hindu, Swahilli, French, whatever - that chooses to live here, yet criticize everything about the country that I have no fucking compassion for.

They take full advantage of our stupid tax breaks for immigrants, make some quick bank, send money back to their fucking brothers that are shooting up our troops, yet criticize the majority of the people that make up this country.
