i don't judge from the given facts. I know son of rage more than many here. He is a bit unstable, i wouldn't trust him my gf, but he is a hell of cook (that needs support)

I am not sure what state you live in, but I am in Florida. Here it is a felony for 2 people that are both felons to hang out together. You may want to look into that.

Also. You risk you entire company by having him work with you any longer.. Could you tell a judge that you knew about his crimes and expect that judge not to hold you partially responsible for that persons actions?? Especially if something is done with your businesses...

what does beating and raping women have to do with having my steak cooked the way I like it? If he's your family, let him stay on. But I would be preturbed if I found out that a violent rapist had his hand on my steak. But he's a cook not the Maitre D. Keep him in the back and away from the customers.
