They froze $2500 of mine back 2 years ago. Back then I looked up the CEOs phone number listed on the BBB and called her cussing. I told her I don't give a shit if you send the money back to me, or send it to the person it was intended for but they better put my money somewhere besides a frozen account. She fixed it in 2 minutes.
