Then starting searching all over the web for info about COGNAC.
Then I began wondering, how many ballers on GFY got
the good COGNAC somewhere?

What kind of COGNAC do you drink?

NEVER DRINK COGNAC ON THE ROCKS--u don't want to water down that stuff--that is why you sip it..

Any VSOP is ok.....I drink it a few times a week (only with a cigar)

The quality of Remy has decreased once they became more famous. Personally I really like Meukow Napolean, goes down extremely smooth. Also Carvasier Napolean is very smooth. I also really like Bowen, its not very expensive, i think a bottle of XO is like 60-90 but also very smooth. Meukow XO is too harsh for me, but a very nice "drunk" from it.

i usually have black label on the rocks.

not a big fan of the twirling cognac to warm up. I like it cold.

Costco usually has Remi XO for around $80. i always buy a bottle of it and a bottle of vsop, the vsop for everyday drinking, the xo for occasional drinking with the right cigar (or if i want something smoother than vsop)

cigars... had an arturo fuente gran reserva the other day. that was really good. got a few more padron 1964 anniversary series in my humidor. cant wait to break into those.

When I was down in Cognac, I found the best Cognac I have ever tried. It was a small farmer named Jean Bruno Gay and he only made couple of casks a year but it really kicked Remy's ass

yea. i've read that there are about 200 Congnac makers in Congnac but only (i think it's) the 4 major companies make up for 99% of the worlds Cognac.
