Well when you consider in the past you could convert at 1 in 40 raw to some programs...

The people that were around in 96/97 probably made the most..Shit free site webmasters were doing 100k a month, if you were good anyway..now if your a free site webmaster your closer to 1k a month..haha

To do a top 10 would be tough..

I would also think you would have to put Ron Cadwell in the list..although not much of a personality now..he was in the old days on Ynot... CCbill was a lil agressive in those days..
