If you believe george bush is a great president, then you are obviously very naive or very ignorant. The US didn't "free" anyone, George Bush attacked a sovereign nation for oil by using terrorism and a possible "threat" to scare the population into supporting him. Anyone who can't see that is completely oblivious and probably should not have even posted in this thread to start with.

On a side note, Saddam is anti-terrorism. Hussein and Bin Laden have always been enemies, it's the American CIA that trained and armed Osama Bin Laden but of course you never hear about that on CNN. And about Saddam... Sure he was a dictator, so what? There's many countries in the world still run successfully as dictatorships. Heard about him killing his own people? those were the Kurds and they've been at civil war with them for years...

Anyone who believes the patriotic bullshit covered by American media needs a a reality check.

Totally true. If americans re-elect Bush, the world will be messed up . He broke all international laws in our face and everything. France was one of the best allie of the USA and he fucked it up . A friend is a REAL good friend when he got the balls to tell you that you are wrong . France did and since them they are paying the price .

Without France the US wouldn't even exist . 90 % of the fighters the day of the victory were french ...

On the use of the word "free" - this is no more than abuse of the word. Is there *anyone* the US has freed since WW2?? It is hard to even claim there is "freedom" within the US - it is the most controlled country in the Western world.

Yes, but that wouldn't help the 4 big media companies so they'd never make him a serious candidate. People in these countries are looking in and shaking heads - they don't have laws where their governments spend billions monitoring the "citizens" and where phone tapping without court orders, imprisonment without trial, invasion of homes without warrants (whether relating to 'terrorism" or not) are in effect.
