I'm Pretty Terrible At Designing......

Is these any good resources that I can learn tips and tricks for simple designing?

I would gladly pay designers to do everything for me, but i'd first like to learn first hand how to sell so i'll be more educated when hiring a designer.

Thanks.

Or the cheaper method is to go to Barnes and Noble and buy a book or two on graphic design.

great sites suggested so far, aside from the colleges for graphic design, a bit overkill lol.

I need help on super basic design concepts like arranging tables.

Also, is it bad that i've been using frontpage? should i stop immediately and use dreamweaver?

Front Page is for secretaries... not webmasters... IMO. The biggest piece of shit MS ever invented.

Dreamweaver is the best... shit... even GoLive is better than FrontPage.

What he said. Dreamweaver is the Rolls Royce of web design software as Frontpage is the Yugo. Front page is a pure shit, IMHO.
