Firms such as Nokia produce phones that can download pics, sons and so on. Yet to do this you have to pay using the phone, normally at an expensive rate.

Why have they not simply made them so you can download then from your pc with ease and for free. Is this some sort of conspiracy?

You can download them from your PC, all you need is the relevant data cable or bluetooth adapter (if your phone supports it)

Alternatively you can download rings tones via wap sites on your phone. (can't remember any of the address though

i hate all the shit that comes with phones, just makes it harder to find how to do simple stuff, like make calls. as soon as i got mine i turned off wallpaper, screen savers, fucking polyphonic ringtones (dont you hate those people who insist on having some shitty noise at the loudest setting possible). why do they bother putting games and shit on there, i mean the screen is a tiny little thing, who wants to play games on it. my mobile phone glows in the fucking dark and i have used this feature exactly 0 times.
