cuteftp
i have a demo of cuteftp. its only letting me upload one at a time, and its lagging my computer alot. also its uploading pretty slow to and i know its not the server, is this just because its a demo, or is it my ISP?

I agree. I'm getting better performance from CuteFTP Pro than I did with SmartFTP.

could be due to being a demo version.. I use CuteFtpPro and I don't have that problem. Upload speed is always slower than download, but that's dictated by your isp. It's a good program, but there are a few free ones out there that you could try to compare upload speed.

If I am looking for something FAST on upload and download what should I do then if its not cuteftp? I can download extremely fast with cable modem, but upload is extremely slow. DSL is ok for upload, but it isnt that fast. ANy suggestions without having to get a t1 line?

if you want to go freeware use wsftp le 95
