well, i've seen the dirtyDS samples.

and have concluded that it won't work for my sites due to the genre.

but that doesn't mean i think it lacks commercial appeal.

quality wise it is OK, and imaginative it is very OK.

and if this guy wasn't so rough with the girls, i would love to buy his stuff.

because he can handle a camera, and his stuff will sell to the right surfer.

it is some of the better content i've seen recently.

yes, i know. but your answer deserves the courtesy of a response.

after some thought, i can't have ANY of what i would call "controversial" content producers listed on my 2257 form.

i believe certain people (content producers) are on a federal "watch" list right now. it has to do with certain types of content.

i believe that approx 3-4 months before the general election there will be a highly public and coordinated bust of some of these content producers and website owners.

the reason i say 3-4 months before the general election is because this will not give enough time for a defendant to win an acquittal before the election (many will win acquittals---but DOJ does not want to see an acquittal before election is over).

this is why we are not seeing busts right now, the government cannot risk an acquittal before the election.

the only reason rob black was busted is because he basically asked to be busted on national television, and the bush administration understood that if they did nothing they would seem "soft on porn".

IMO there is a good chance extreme will be acquitted due to an "artistic" defense.

but that defense will not play with many who produce 2 minute clips for the internet.

federal investigators cannot search 50,000 porn sites in America looking for convictable content.

what they will do is use a google type search, looking at websites' 2257 info, and then scrutinize specific websites that contain content from "red-flagged" producers.

of course, i could be wrong about everything.

I know myself I paid 74k in taxes last year.... thast more than most people make in a year.... you think the gov wants to loose that? why do you think that cinimax and hbo only shot "FIPs" fake internal pop shots cause the way the law is any bodily fluid is considered obscene..... so were all breaking the law if you want to get down to detale... and a good attorney will fight that
