I am not being mean, but redo the site.. Surf a bunch of sites and get some ideas... The make a mix and match and make your own site...

I don't think it's THAT bad, but the navigation is kind of chaotic, and there's a lot of space inbetween text and pictures and stuff. Other than that not bad.
