My thoughts exactly.....at least be polite and thank him for giving you the chance to get your boob job AND avoid having to swallow your pride and ask people for their hard-earned cash without lifting a finger to earn it.

So what are you going to when your implants need to be replaced? Because they need replacing every 10-15 years if you're lucky and don't have any leakage problems before that.
But what if you had complications and they leaked, or you developed hardening? Are you going to go on GFY and ask for donations for your boobie complications?

I think if there is nothing that the industry has taught us, it is that everyone has their price. It may be such that it is not worth one's while to pay, but everyone has it. So you may be right saying "You couldnt(sic) pay me enough to do that." However, saying that they should be shot seems to be going a little far, after all, they are just trying to earn an honest living.
