You may want to go there and ask them first. I suppose they could do it all today, esp. if your site is ready. But they'll be going home in a few hours.

http://www.sexkey.com is usually really quick, I think. I haven't made a site in a long time, but I used to get sites approved at 1 or 2 in the morning, on a weekend.
