The header and the menu buttons is going to be flash, and he is changing the image with the male/female, it looked kinda gay, i'll agree on that one

I too like the top most part of the site, the rest is too flat and empty and a bit of an anti-climax almost as if two separate designers worked on it. No offense intended just first impressions.
