He seems to have been hog tied and beaten painted black and left for dead.

Sources indicate there was a note left that said "Fuck with the family and become the Black Sheep of the industry"

There were no finger prints or any evidence on the scene.

Detective "Snow" who was the first police officer on the scene and the lead detective on the case stated:
"We have no leads, no evidence, and the note that was left was accidently destroyed. We are cosidering this a freak accident and moving on"
