Whatcha think of this idea?
Ok, not sure on this one, but i figured i'd get feedback from anyone that could be interested. If you sell services, are in affiliate programs, etc.... you probably deal with contracts. I have an idea that would eliminate the need of faxing / delivering contracts, or waiting for them to get signed, would be legally binding in the uk / us, and you get to provide the contract you want, it's basically a system to confirm somebody actually signed a contract. what do you think of this? any suggestions, heard of something like it, would it be something you'd use? if so, how much would you be willing to pay for this? would it be better subscription based, or per contract price? is there a need for this form of 'piece of mind' knowing you got an actual contract signed, and not having to dick around? could be used for registrations (making sure they are bound to the tos), etc... it would be a fully hosted solution, or perhaps provide an api for integration as well.
