God i've decided that my TGP would only accept galleries with a recip to my website... from 400 submissions i now get a big 10...

If you sign your TGP up to autosubmitters like Russian Submitter your TGP will get submissions complete with recipts. Granted this has its ups and downs. Yes, you will have a recipt but there will be two recipts for other TGPs as well. It has been my experience that noone ever really clicks recipts and its only a good link popularity booster. Being that you can also get the PR from other TGP sites linking to galleries with your recipt it can work nicely.
