Stay away from those cheap online smoke sites. Most of smokes are made in The Philippines, I believe they are licensed to do such by the tobacco companies, but the tobacco is shitty and likewise, the taste.
I'll but it in this respect from when I was in The PI:
American version 50 pisos (2.50) a pack
PI version 10 pisos (.50) a pack
And yes, you can tell the difference
Funny though, they make decent cigars...
