I just did a search at Sponsors List.com and found 37 Sponsors amongst the 800+ in the database that have Smoking fetish sites. I also found 47 Foot fetish sites. Just use the Search feature and under Categories, select those niches. You can add other criteria like who has Hosted Galleries...
