he plugs a normal tv cable into the cable out and put it into the cable in of a vcr.
He plays the video and hits record on his vcr.
he changes the plugs from the vcr cable out, to his video card cable in
he press play on the vcr and records the video on his computer.

I was going to do but my new card was not installed in my machine yet.
