Couple of hundred bucks, bought me a bunch of domains and a dedicated server and started doing everything at the same time. Running a TGP, starting a paysite, submitting galleries. You name it i've done it back then.

I started off doing main stream sites. I did that with only 3,500 to pay for the computers, office , and cam.

EDIT TO ADD: But as I've mentioned in other threads, PK really got my site off to a good start. She had me listed for months, sent lots of great traffic, really helped build my initial membership base tremendously.
