I dont know all the reasons why sponsors ban those countries, but I imagine one reason could be that they dont want webmasters promoting their sites in languages other than english.

Why don't you put an email contact so a webmaster from a banned country can get a review from the sites he will be sending traffic ?
And maybe a period of experience...

I agree there ARE good webmasters from banned countries. I never denied that. but when 90% of that country makes your business lose money, you have a choice to make. I made mine, but it can be revised..

Anyway, I've never sent you 1 hit, and I intend to keep it that way. I know a few of respected webmasters here in Brazil and you can be sure that if this topic pops up I'll recomend them to be away from any program you may be endorsing at the time.

Seriously though... This terms are no different than the terms of a handful of successful programs. The bottom line is that he's getting rid of the shit traffic and keeping the CC companies a little happier. If more companies did this, maybe the CC companies would get off our fucking backs.

if it were me i'd do the same thing. bulgarian here and i gotta tell you there's so many people over there trying to use stolen cards it's almost normal to brag about it on IRC. after someone mentiones a site and people say they got no CC, the next thing is asking for a card to use.
some people get in the sites, leech the content then sell it on CDs
