Ok i understand your point, but i still belive that are great webmasters from banned countrys too and some only work with usa traffic!

Why don't you put an email contact so a webmaster from a banned country can get a review from the sites he will be sending traffic ?
And maybe a period of experience...

A serious webmaster would drop an email!

I agree there ARE good webmasters from banned countries. I never denied that. but when 90% of that country makes your business lose money, you have a choice to make. I made mine, but it can be revised..

WTF? The country where the webmaster live have nothing to do with his traffic. How many traffic brokers sell chinese traffic?

I don't have any site written in portuguese (yeah, we speak portuguese in Brazil, you dumb bitch), and all my traffic come from "american" sites...

Why don't you block the traffic from this country instead of the webmaster??

Anyway, I've never sent you 1 hit, and I intend to keep it that way. I know a few of respected webmasters here in Brazil and you can be sure that if this topic pops up I'll recomend them to be away from any program you may be endorsing at the time.

I just talked to my brother in Kyrgyzstan. He's been rying for 3 hours over this ban!

Seriously though... This terms are no different than the terms of a handful of successful programs. The bottom line is that he's getting rid of the shit traffic and keeping the CC companies a little happier. If more companies did this, maybe the CC companies would get off our fucking backs.
