    what is the fastest way to change text link on multiple sites?

    use SSI to set them up in the first place

      are there many of the same main domains?

      EX:

      http://www.somethingporn.com/hardcore.htm
      http://www.somethingporn.com/free_porn.htm

      etc.

      then just use the Edit, then Replace tool. to change "somthingporn" to "yournewdomain".

      Or is there something else you wanted to do?

            its a find and replace software that will search multiple files (i.e. index.htm or *.htm ) Ive had it find and replace over 5,000 html files before without a problem.

            it's priceless

                    For local files, I like Dreamweaver's Replace tools. Pretty decent for a WYSIWYG (shudder).

                    Knowing that links may need to be changed on a whim or in a hurry, I use server side includes. Change one file, and all your links change just like magic.

                    Saves me HOURS of editing.
