I need a news letter format program or some shit I dont want to lay it out my self I just want some templates and shit.

For regular one page print newsletters try Microsoft Publisher, I use it to do some mainstream work, and it is easy to use with numerous templates

There's a mainstream service called templatezone.com that sells a rather comprehensive (newsletter, email, etc. ad infinitum) template pack called High Impact email. You can get examples sent from their site.
