affiliate as employees...
What areas do you feel that an affiliate working as an employee would be a conflict of interest? I can't really think of any area except a webmaster referral program, to me the activities can be quite complementary...

I don't understand what the problem would be? Most of the bigger programs allow their employees to send traffic and collect a check from them for the personal stuff, or at least they used to back when I was with CQ...
It can only help if they have real experience converting traffic to the program they are working for imo. |
