It is very easy to get a higher valuation clicking back n forth ranking things a little higher but as for the rest of your post talking shit.

about 500%

at min $100 max $500 it doesnt seem as high even $15- $70 scaled down doesnt look so far out for a min and max

Without ever advertising this one i have had emails several to buy it people typing it in seeing it isnt really used. I am not saying the valuations are spot on that is the whole point of the exercise is to fid the variants. Amateurnudist is one of my originals and wont be sold unless i recieved such an offer its a decent name that i cant buy similar today..

As time passes and as rego continues we will really see people chasing money in costs eg my $320 will blow out higher. A $10 domain today will have cost over $100 in ten years time which will certainly increase value of domains.
As each and every domain holder keeps reregistering their domains we should start to see a bit more quaility and consistancy in pricing as time goes on.
