You're comparing two different things. If evidence suggest that a person committed a crime, its a lot easier to establish that as fact. However, when you accuse the President and the Gov't of letting thousands of people die for economic gains, you better have some solid facts and not just an sources and stuff. The only people that know whether it was for those reasons are the people who are being accused.
