IMO webair is already the best value, but if live support via chat was truly 24/7 every day of the week, then there would not be any competition.

Live chat was not down to the best of my knowledge, I'll look into that. We no longer use a call service unless the techs are on break, or unable to answer directly form the datacenter, it will roll over to service. Other than that we've got it covered.
Additionally, we recently hired more techs to keep up with the growing demands of customer service & support. Techs are also available on icq, aim, and irc as well. There should be a listing within the control panel when you log in of techs online. I'll make sure it's updated.
