There's alot of bs in this thread... here's what I do, been shooting for a few yrs. My girls aren't slut strippers or girls that have posed before.

1. Place a simple 4 line ad
2. When they call, be general and don't discuss $$, your ad says "earn up to..."
3. Tell them to bring 2 forms of id
4. Do the shoot
5. If you don't do the shoot there, you WILL LOOSE THEM! This is an impulsive biusiness, if you make them analyze it, you'll NEVER see them again

Recruiters work the best for me...we pay them $50 every time we shoot a girl for soft stuff and $100 for hardcore.

Other girls we've shot with bring in the new and best talent, always 1st time amateurs, which is what our customers want.

If the talent has fun at the shoot, feel comfortable, you pay them cash, they'll be back and bring their friends.
