Has anybody here fasted or done one of those juice/tea flushing diets .. not to pass drug tests, and not to lose weight .. but to clean out your system? I've heard there are alot of benefits to fasting, but I want to learn more. Tell me your stories or paste some links ..

I can fast from dinner to breakfast when I'm asleep and that's about as far as my will power goes.

i've fasted before, not that great results.

on the other hand, i've got bad acid/reflux so i've cut out caffiene and most preservatives for a month, since vegas and i noticed my system cleaning out.

i just drink a ton of milk now. don't know if this will help anyone but its done some good for me.

Enemas are great for giving your insides a spring clean... they're great fun too.

It's the sort of thing you can do with a group of friends to brighten up a rainy afternoon.
