                                                                                                                                                                  paypal is very fickle. it's a crap shoot. you might get your account frozen on a stupid technicality or you might not. you never know.

                                                                                                                                                                  do a search here (when it's re-enabled) and see how many people here have had their accounts frozen.

                                                                                                                                                                  for me, it's not worth the risk. if you want to risk it, by all means, go for it.
