$200 per sale affiliate program
I'm affiliated with a reputable mortgage company and am brainstorming ways to solicit more business. An affiliate program came to mind but ways in which to implement it are beyond my scope of ability. I'd love some feedback/ideas about it.
I'm looking to offer $200 for every sale. (Is this the highest pay per sale cash offered online?) And for those affiliates that qualify as top salesman, there will be ridiculous bonuses (both cash and prizes). I would want a way to automate the process (from lead generation, to tracking, to sales stats, to payment). The business is done over the phone so this is where I am having problems coming up with an online system to track if the person calling in is one that called in because of an affiliate, and if so, which affiliate. Looking for ideas, programmer, criticism, whatever... You can hit me up at [email protected] |

So, we close a $400,000 mortgage for you, you pocket the $12-$24k in broker fees and we get $200.
Thanks. |

You say $200, but you probably should base the commission on the amount of the loan obtained through the referral. If you are using a affl. prg online then most of what you need should be no problem. However if the surfer is going to call in the loan req. then they should be presented a 'code' (coupon or something) that will coincide with the loan application that they filled out online. That way when they call in and give you the 'code' you can pull up their info without having to ask for it again & the webmaster gets credit for sending them.
On the app the surfer should have a field to input the amount of the loan wanted. $50-$100K would pay the webmaster 'x' dollars and so forth. That way the webmaster can check his/her stats and know how many applied & the amounts they asked for. Bad side, There is really no way for the webmaster to know if the surfer called or not. |

Doesn't look so hot when you compare it to the program posted the other day paying up to $1.2 Million per sale!

The only problem with this is the pay per lead folks sell the lead to 10+ morrgage companies. It looks like he wants to close the deal. |

I have also moved into the Mortgage business, and I hate to tell everyone it is not as easy as what gornyhuy said. First because you are not a licensed broker you are not able to close the loan....so really the only thing that you are providing is a qualified lead. So how do you figure that you are entitled to more than a $200 check. I know that when i ask a client for a referall, if that referall closes I give them $500. cash. I have also been trying to figure out how I can take my experience as a webmaster and use it to get leads from the internet. Oh one other thing....if you live in Europe we have contacts overseas as well....so it really is not a waste. If anyone does have a real idea on how to make money with this idea I would love to hear about it as well......I think the biggest hurdle is that webmasters cannot really track their sales....because there has to be at least a phone contact with the prospective client.....and if the loan actually funded they really have no way of knowing.....unless they are in the US all home loans have to be recorded with the county recorder of where the property is located....so maybe there is a way?
