I need a cartoonist or a designer that can make a cartoon of me and also follow some directions I have.

I am gonna order about 10 of these cartoon looking logos.

10 logos at around $100 each is $1000. I think xxxoutsourcing.com has cartoonists for $900 a month and you can use and abuse them for much more than 10 logos.
