I just got a shared account there last month. Haven't had any problems and the support is great. Like a said though, I have only been there a month, so I can just go on what I have experienced. Support is online most of the time and will resolve any problems immediately. They have not been down since I have been using them! Hope this helps!

Isprime = 24-7 365 ICQ and phone support, NO downtime in 2 years I shit you not. Ok maybe 3 minutes for an update of which you would have got an email days prior. There is a reason OXEO resells Isprime. Think about it Do a search for Isprime and downtime. Wont find those 2 words combined
