I wanted to use them as an alternative for european surfers and use their bank debit and (maybe) check option but their rediculous $12.50/chargeback rule made me rethink this decision.

Thats a pretty low fee for a chargeback. Most billers charge around $30 or more and I dont even think you can get that low of a rate on a traditional merchant account. I could be wrong.

Do you mean per refund issued?

It didn't bother me that they charge $12.50 per credit card chargeback since i have almost none and i didn't want to use them for that anyway but they also charge this for a check chargeback (their words) and direct debit chargebacks. At least this is in the contract they sent me.

that's absurd. everyone knows like 40% of checks bounce or are otherwise declined.

Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.

Exactly, that is the reason why they are not an option for me.

BigPinPin: they were very fast in sending me the contract and answering my questions but i have no idea how they treat their clients.

So don't use them for checks if that's the case. There are companies that specialize in checks that don't touch credit cards or euro debits.

Be robust!

Do not use 2000charge.com for checks...so many refund later.
CCbill and ACHDebit better for check.
