I think he could be legit, but if he wants to attract people here to promote for him he should consider revamping the site a bit. You can always tell a designer you want to keep it very clean and simple (like google designs their sites) - more functional HTML than flashy graphics.

there are no web licenses needed, i buy in bulk from the distributor, and resell, i do not sell copies or bootlegs.... these are the dvds made & distributed by the studios.
