PaulC -- send me an email and I will shoot you a little tutorial on how to promote Oliver's site.
[email protected] I showed Oliver the tutorial but it was so long he didn't have the patience to read it and called it War and Peace ;) But there is real helpful info in the tutorial. The conversion for me is very consistent -- I don't use outstats and he just has ibill w/ a weekly hit report -- I get 6-12 trials/day and I send around 6800 raw clicks to his front page/day. You're right, the content he offers is not going to allow you to build tons of galleries for TGP's but that's the way it is with all programs. None of the TGP's want to see the same pics over and over again. I explain how to deal with this in the tutorial. If you are really into building galleries I would buy some content. Once you are sending Oliver enough traffic he may work out a special deal for you to provide you with more content. I don't know how it will convert for you -- but i'm sure it converts on more than just "babe" traffic -- i'm guessing that it will convert pornstar, movie, hardcore, and amateur traffic also. Here is my referral code: http://www.oliver-klozov.com/cgi-bin...i?ref=theflyok If anyone else wants the long winded tutorial that I wrote -- send me an email [email protected] -- some of the info is pretty basic -- but I think I have some pretty advanced suggestions in there also... |

Well fuck it... here's part of the tutorial
-- it was supposed to be a sort of guide to html for all the lamers that were having problems promoting Oliver's program using WYSIWYG editors... So here's what I would recommend that you do. First you should decide how you want to link Oliver Klozov. This could be as simple as a text link or a picture but I'm going to recommend something a little more complex. First make a table in Frontpage. I don't use Frontpage so you'll have to figure this out for yourself. You want a table with one row and two columns. The result will look something like this in HTML when you switch to HTML editing mode in Frontpage: (table)(tr)(td) cell 1 (/td) (td) cell 2 (/td)(/tr)(/table) I'm going to use parenthesis instead of brackets just in case you are reading this in a browser window. And rember that this is just the framework of a table -- your editor will probably add all kinds of additional formatting tags. Frontpage will probably indent everything in HTML to look pretty and to make the HTML easier to read -- but indentation and spacing aren't important in HTML. You could code an entire page in one line of HTML if you really wanted to and it wouldn't make one difference to your browser. Next you want to add a picture to the first cell (you can do this in the WYSIWYG interface) -- I would recommend going to http://www.oliver-klozov.com/FreePhotos.html for a picture -- or just go through the Oliver-Klozov.com tour and snag one of the pics -- I don't think Oliver will mind -- as long as you are promoting the Oliver-Klozov program. Try to use a pic that has the girl facing the surfer -- she is going to speak directly to the surfer! Now your HTML will look something like this: (table)(tr)(td) (img src="yourpicture.jpg" border=0) (/td) (td) cell 2 (/td)(/tr)(/table) Just a tip (that may or may not work ;) -- a zero border makes the image look more like it's a part of your site -- and less like it's an advertisement. I don't just make this shit up either ;) Now make up a story about the picture -- and somehow link the story conceptually with the Oliver Klozov site. Try to speak in the first person. Have fun with it. It never hurts to throw in some suggestive language -- and use the word "you" several times to engage the reader. Don't promise the surfer anything that isn't offered on the Oliver Klozov site. For example: "Hi! It's (models name on the Oliver-Klozov site)... I'm so glad you came to see me. I just put up this site with the help of my new friend Oliver. I still can't believe it. I was just out sunning nude in my apartment complex by the pool -- and this cute Russian man came up to me with his big camera and asked me if he could feature me on his website. I was so aroused by him just then my nipples became hard -- I think I was already wet even before he started taking pictures of me nude -- *blush* how embarrasing! Well you can guess what happened later *smile* -- Oliver took my pics and posted them on his site. You're probably one of the first people to see my pic here -- do you want to see more of me? Do you think I'm sexy? Go to Oliver-Klozov's site to see all of my pics and let me know what you think when you come back." You can even make up a fake email address if you want, like [email protected] ;) Now paste all this text into cell 2 of your table: (table)(tr)(td) (img src="yourpicture.jpg" border=0) (/td) (td) all your descriptive text (/td)(/tr)(/table) I would recommend editing your table now to add some cellpadding. Use your best judgement -- cellpadding will create some space between your image and your text. In graphic design, if you place elements too close together -- you create tension. Sometimes tension is good to draw attention to something, but for the most part you want your site to be pleasing to the eye and balanced. If something is ugly, the surfer will be less likely to trust you. Common sense. If someone trusts you they are more likely to buy a membership to Oliver-Klozov.com. Pay attention to details. Ok so now you want to create links out of your image and your descriptive text. Refer to this link for more information on how to build your Oliver Klozov revshare link: http://www.oliver-klozov.com/HTMLcode.html The basic framework of a link in html is the following: (a href="url")link(/a) Very simple eh? Now you have the option of opening Oliver-Klozov in a new window like this: (a href="url" target="_blank")link(/a) But this is a very *bad* idea. It's been proven that the more windows that are open -- the lower your chance of getting a signup. Why do you think all click programs prohibit you from opening their programs in new windows? This is the reason. So leave out the target tags for your advertisers. Just say goodbye to the surfers that click ads and just hope they make a purchase. You can also do something like this: (a href="url")this text is on one line(br)(img src="image.jpg")this image and text are on another line(/a) Ok so now we have created a link that spans multiple lines and includes images and text. BUT there are limitations to this. For example, this WILL NOT WORK: (a href="url") (table)(tr)(td) (img src="yourpicture.jpg" border=0) (/td) (td) all your descriptive text (/td)(/tr)(/table) (/a) So instead we have to link items from *inside* the cells of a table -- a link can't span multiple cells! This time I will use html directly from my site as an example, so you can get a better idea for how this works: (table cellpadding=15) (tr) (td) (!-- this is the first cell of the table --) (center)(a href="http://secure.ibill.com/cgi-win/ccard/rscookie.exe? RevShareID=theflyok&returnto=http://www.oliver- klozov.com/main.htm") (img src="lisa.jpg")(br)See my beautiful ass at Oliver Klozov... (/a) (/center)(/td) (td) (!-- this is the second cell of the table --) (a href="http://secure.ibill.com/cgi-win/ccard/rscookie.exe?RevShareID=theflyok&returnto=http://www.oliver- klozov.com/main.htm") Lisa's full portfolio of full-size pics AND a 69 MEG Movie blah blah...(/a)(p)Blah blah... this text is not linked. (/td) (/tr) (/table) That looks a little scary but once you go through it you will see that it's nearly identical to the examples I've been showing you. I think it's best not to link too much text at once -- usually too much linked text is hard to read because it is all underlined. For example, the story I made up earlier about the pool scene with Oliver... you could leave all that text unlinked and just link these words "Go to Oliver-Klozov's site". Try out my suggestions and see if you make more money! Let me know how you do -- email me at [email protected] [This message has been edited by TheFLY (edited 07-07-2001).] [This message has been edited by TheFLY (edited 07-07-2001).] [This message has been edited by TheFLY (edited 07-07-2001).] |
