Dual monitor question.

I bought another Samsung 172T LCD monitor today.
I have an ATI Radeon 9700.

One monitor is hooked up through the Digital Signal and the other goes throught the analog.

Here is the problem

The digital monitor is MUCH brighter and the contrast is totally different. No matter how hard I try I cant get them to be the same. It will give me headaches for sure if I run them like this.

Any suggestions?

Should I change the card or is there a way to get them both as bright or dim.

see if there is a new driver you can download

worst case scenario, buy a geforce 4 card

my dual monitors work great on geforce

I believe there's versions of the Radeon with two DVI ports.

Yea i agree, actually had no choice. In short i lent a freind $1,000 bucks, he could not repay back the loan. He works nightime for a brokerage firm in NY cleaning the place. One night he stole 4 of these brand new nec 18 inch flatscreens, and thats how how i got repaid back that loan.

i recommend you move the speakers from where they are!!!

the magnets on those woofers will fuck up your screen in no time

probably the case might get damaged too.

nope, you want a geforce 5600 (or better)
Dual DVI out, you'll never have an issue, and its fucking wicked card. The nVidia dual screen drivers are the fucking bomb.

How do i know?
