prostituion is illigal because you pay for service without paying taxes. whore can not just give you a fuckign reciept for the service. So any other selling is illigal because it is tax free and not recorded.

but the real question is why wont they make the prostitution ligal like in Holland?!

:)

Really, God put them here for free sex. In Genesis God told Adam & Eve to be fruitful & multiply (a promotion of sex) and replenish the earth. But wait, if they were the first man & woman upon the earth (a fundamentalist position),, how could they replenish the earth? In order to replenish something, it would have had have once been plenished! Maybe some of you Dr. Gene Scott fans can answer that one. When the Israel spies went to check out Jerico, why were they in Rahab the harlots house? Because, like all spies, they stopped to get themselves a piece of ass! Have you ever watch a James Bond 007 flick, he always ends up with a nice piece of ass. The times haven't changed!

Actually, the puritanical regime came up with the sex is shameful and prostitution is wrong. This does not come from the bible as fundamentalists suppose. It originated with the puritans! Read the book and you will not find any of the bull shit that the right-wingers try to shove down our throats.

Did you know that God endorses sex? He even gives a thumbs-up for oral sex. This subject and more will be covered when http://www.exposed-4u.com goes live. Sex & the Bible: What does God really say?

it's decriminalized here in New Zealand.
Prostitutes pay tax. Disease and corruption is limited.

When was the last fucking time a stripper handed you a receipt??

pornguy 02-07-2004 09:40 PM

Since when is baring a brest SEX???

As far as I know a lot of states have said that it is legal for a woman to remove a shirt or open it for different reasons. Some states say that it is ok for women to be topless. But it is not sex.

And showing a tit even on national television, is not sex. Neither is dancing... If you dont like what you see please turn it off. Nothing is being forced into your home, if you can turn off the tv. And that last time I looked at mine it had an off button...

Any way. If Bill can get a ruling from a judge that a blowjob is not sex. then neither is showing a tit.

Just my :2 cents:

Basic_man 02-07-2004 09:45 PM

Cause they dont pay tax on the cash they make.. $$$$
Same reason why drug is illegal

Wives hate prostitutes because prostitutes (and porn, for that matter) threaten their pussy monopoly, which too many wives use to control their men. A town with hookers is a town in which wives find it harder to pull that shit. And a man who can get blowjobs elsewhere is a man who doesn't buy so many diamonds.

Check your history, prositution became illegal in most places in the United States (or enforcement of existing anti-prostitution laws began in earnest) at roughtly the same time as women got the vote.

Oh give me a break LOL. That pussy monopoly you are talking about is called marriage. If a guy doesn't want it, it's a real simple process...it's called "stay single".

Double standards...hell ya...a guy looks at it as a pussy monopoly...but heaven forbid the wife screws around...if she does...she's a skank and a whore. Outdated views believing that men somehow have some sort of right to get it outside the bounds of marriage if he wants to or the wife won't put out. And half this bull comes from guys who treat their wives like maids basically ignore her...and then when he feels like a blowjob he wonders why the bitch won't put out. Forget the diamonds, go work out at the gym, take a shower, brush your teeth, pick up your clothes and ask her how her day went and maybe you won't have to beg...maybe she will be the one begging you.

i work for a legal brothel here in australia, and there are quite a few around... each state has its different laws etc..queensland you can only have 3 rooms, i think 4 girls on location at the 1 time... lots of fees etc, zoning restrictions, alot of limitations.. New South Wales is alot different, you can have as many girls and rooms as you want :)

strip club downstairs, brothel upstairs, works great :) and keeps the chicks off the street doing it illegally

TweetyBird 02-07-2004 10:30 PM

yah, true :)

Greg B 02-07-2004 10:44 PM

Prostitution is illegal because it competes with politics.

Who would you vote for, the guy with the important issues who's solution is higher taxes or the guy with all the chicks who's solution is higher taxes?

thumbsdepot 02-07-2004 10:52 PM

Its not illegal if you know what to say :winkwink:

Tell a "pro" that you would like to hire her if:
-you can have other people watch
-video tape the performance and sell the tape over the internet

This is why porn stars don't get arrested.

CALIFORNIA PENAL CODE

653.20.
(a) "Commit prostitution" means to engage in sexual conduct for
money or other consideration, but does not include sexual conduct
engaged in as a part of any stage performance, play, or other
entertainment open to the public.

Your state or country may be different.

Yeah, why can't they have it like Vietnam $3 for a blowjob and $6 to fuck.

Or Philippines $30 all night fuck session. $14 for a quickie suck and fuck.

Its only $1.50 from what I hear in Iraq...

Religon.

It's responsible for the majority of evil in the world. Now and in the past.

All religons 'preach' tolerance. All religons actually take tolerance away.

You have to be a complete moron or have some self-serving agenda to be religeous. Note: Religon is not the same as 'Worshipping/Believing in a God', or 'Being a Good person', you don't have to be religeous for that.

Radik 02-08-2004 02:56 AM

Because old men who write laws are married and have not thought about sex for a loooong time...

jayeff 02-08-2004 04:17 AM

Unless the law in the UK has changed in the past 5 years, prostitution isn't illegal there. Soliciting - personally and actively trying to sell yourself to someone - is illegal. Brothels are illegal (which in the UK is any place being used by 2 or more prostitutes). But prostitution itself, no.

In addition, some police forces have a policy of ignoring soliciting, providing it only goes on in areas that don't generate local complaints.

Anti-prostitution laws appeared in a lot of countries many, many years ago, when in addition to the moral/religious objectors, sexually transmitted diseases among prostitutes were almost to be expected. In those days, such diseases were very often lethal.

Once such laws exist, repealing them hardly rates as a priority and lawmakers' time is usually short. Even when someone thinks about doing so, prostitution is one of those things where opponents tend to be much more vocal than supporters.

Another issue is that many of those who are not opposed in principle, don't want prostitutes operating in their neighborhoods and/or they may want health precautions to be enforced, etc. So they don't simply want existing laws repealed: they want new laws and enforcement, which in turn means more legislative time and afterwards money to be spent.

When people want better schools and health care, but don't want to pay for them, it isn't surprising that there is a lot of inertia when it comes to dealing with the topic of prostitution.

the real magoo 02-08-2004 04:46 AM

Prostitution is LEGAL (with some restrictions that aren't that bad) in Canada, most all of Europe including England, France, Denmark, etc., most of South America including most of Mexico (often in special zones), Israel (Tel Aviv known as the brothel capital of the world), Australia, and many other countries. It is either legal or very tolerated in most all of Asia and even Iran has "temporary wives" which can be for only a few hours!

Sweden has got a very different law making it illegal to buy sex but not to sell it..
