Saddam died in 1999 from cancer. Period. The filmclip you saw on CNN was taken in 1999, if you take a good look, you will not see any American soldier/officer. It was filmed in 1999 while he was examined for his cancer. He looked so wild and hairy because : -1- He was really sick (he died). -2- To disguise himself. As I said, you may believe me or not. The interesting thing about the "he dies in 1999" theory is that with al his doubles, if one was convincing enough who is to say he wouldn't just step in and take the role? Quick way to get some power.

who knows. that tape looked like shit. one would think that the military would have better cams to shoot such an event. looks like an old school shitty VHS job.
