worrying news, seeing as i'm in the UK
|
I never had a personal account from day one because you can't accept CCs. That takes a huge chunk out of your potential buyer's list.

Epassporte looks better each and every day.

I have always had a biz account so I am not worried there, more the EU regulations. I am thinking of setting up a seperate account with all US information. I read all their terms and didn't see where I couldn't have two linked to the same account. My bank account has two billing addresses - the uk and my parent's home in the US so if they check up it is still valid information. |
well just wait till next month when ebay ups there listing fees 4.5 %

okay so that didn't work..won't let you have the same credit card number working from two different accounts. I sent them an email from the new account asking about what I should do. I have no idea if they actually reply to emails.

I beleive PayPal has to pay 2% to Visa / Mastercard for processing such transactions. So they are only making .9%. I could be wrong though.
How about receiving money to a personal account for a non eBay / website auctions? It is mentioned that it will not affect the $1000 limit. |
